Melissa’s real estate career began in 2003 at the persuasion of two established local real estate brokers. At the time, she was performing part-time bookkeeping duties for their firm. The two believed that she would be excellent in the field of real estate because of her infectious personality and how comfortable others were in her presence. They were accurate! It didn’t take long before Melissa was well on her way. After one month of being licensed, Melissa had her first closing. Within the first full year of being in the industry, Melissa became a “Million Dollar Producer”.
Melissa is a native of Desoto County, MS where the Saulsberry family has a rich family history. She graduated from Southaven High School before moving on to Northwest Mississippi Community College and the University of Mississippi. She earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She is currently completing her Masters of Leadership degree from Belhaven University. Melissa has a strong desire to help others and her professional career is built on the foundation of providing exceptional customer service to everyone. In addition to having customer service and real estate experience, Melissa also has decades of experience in accounting, marketing, relocation, human resources, benefits and many more with various Fortune 100 companies.
